Continuing education is a must at ASC and each of our staff attends annual training to keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques, maintenance issues, and fair housing information.
Greg has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tulsa and a juris doctorate degree from the University of Texas. With the funds provided by a successful commercial law practice, he began investing in the Tulsa Multifamily real estate market in the late 1980s. By the early 1990s he accelerated his investments, formed Apartment Services Company, (the prior name for ASC), and reduced his law practice to focus on real estate development and management.
He is a past Chairman of the Tulsa Apartment Association, a past President of the Oklahoma State Housing Association and the 2009-10 Chairman of the National Apartment Association Independent Rental Owners Committee.
He is a licensed real estate broker and served for many years on the housing committee for the Mental Health Association, as well as the City of Tulsa Fair Housing Committee. Greg received his Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation through the Nation Apartment Association as well. .
Sherri began her career at ASC in February of 1996 as a leasing consultant, where she quickly discovered her passion for the Multifamily housing industry and ASC’s mission. She is a true example of someone starting at an introductory level and growing into a expert with comprehensive knowledge of almost all aspects of property management operations. She brings a wealth of experience and drive to her role as Director of Operations.
Sherri is a licensed real estate agent and honored to receive her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor designation (CAPS) with the National Apartment Association as well as her Certified Property Manager designation (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is a past president for the Tulsa IREM Chapter, as well as past chairman for the Tulsa Apartment Association (TAA) where she continues to actively serve on its board. She is also an active member of the Community Outreach committee with the TAA, committing time and attention to various projects within the Tulsa area in an effort to give back to the community.
