Greg has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tulsa and a juris doctorate degree from the University of Texas. With the funds provided by a successful commercial law practice, he began investing in the Tulsa Multifamily real estate market in the late 1980s. By the early 1990s he accelerated his investments, formed Apartment Services Company, (the prior name for ASC), and reduced his law practice to focus on real estate development and management.
He is a past Chairman of the Tulsa Apartment Association, a past President of the Oklahoma State Housing Association and the 2009-10 Chairman of the National Apartment Association Independent Rental Owners Committee.
He is a licensed real estate broker and served for many years on the housing committee for the Mental Health Association, as well as the City of Tulsa Fair Housing Committee. Greg received his Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation through the Nation Apartment Association as well.
